Roof Re-Treatment & Maintenance Plans in Belleair Bluffs
A single treatment adds years. The plan guards them: a check now and then, and another application only when the shingles show they need it.
How a plan works
After the first shingle treatment, heat and sun carry on working on the roof. A plan keeps it on our list, so it gets looked at again instead of forgotten.
Every check repeats the original shingle tests. Still flexible? We leave them be. Drying out again? You get a re-treatment price before anything is scheduled.
There is no fixed calendar. What the roof looks like at each visit sets the date of the next one.
If something bigger turns up at a check, such as a leak, we tell you straight away and point you to a roofer.
The cycle
Check
A short visit to bend-test shingles and look at granules, nails and flashing.
Decide
Re-treat now or leave it for the next check. You get the reason either way.
Re-treat
When it is due, the follow-up treatment is priced and set for a dry day.
Why owners stay on a plan
Nothing to remember
We get in touch when a check comes round.
No wasted visits
A re-treatment happens only when the shingles need one.
Small faults caught early
A bare nail or loose tab found at a check can go on a tune-up before it grows.
Who a plan suits
A plan only makes sense on a roof worth keeping.
Good fit
- Roofs that have had a shingle treatment
- Owners planning to stay in the house
- Shingles that were sound at the last check
Better left off
- Roofs due for replacement
- Roofs with leaks or storm damage
- Tile roofs, which are covered by tile sealing
